Daorcey Le Bray is a strategic communicator with over 20 years of experience in fast-paced political and corporate environments. He has proven expertise in reputation management, strategic planning, issues management, and media relations across many industries. Daorcey collaborates with leaders and organizations to help them achieve success, thrive in periods of crisis, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. He is passionate about community and enjoys opportunities to help his fellow citizens.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Daorcey served as senior communication strategist for The Office of the Mayor at The City of Calgary. He was deeply involved in political and government communication for the most significant issues and projects of that time including the 2013 floods. Since that time, he has led communication teams, advised senior executives, and counselled communication leaders–all to find success in challenging times. 

Daorcey volunteers for projects and boards where he may use his communication skills and experience to improve his community at the ground level. This includes currently serving as vice president on the Board of Directors at Alberta Theatre Projects.
